Welcome to Electric Avenue, an ordinary street in an ordinary town, and a community connected not just by families, school, work, and leisure but by UK Power Networks too.
A fun, but demanding project. Electric Avenue was an animated soap opera created by UK Power Network to deliver customer service training for staff. The original 6 films were built in 2D, with simple but great looking characters. Sting agency came to me as their client wanted to create a more detailed, 3d version for customer viewing. All of the elements had to give a clear visual connection to the original series.The complete animation had to be turned around fast. Full character builds, rigging, asset building (trees, roads houses), animation and Lighting.
